Mixed Martial Arts
The mixed martial arts program is broken into two classes, Basic Fighting and the Advanced Cycle, for students of all levels.
The Basic Fighting class consists of 35 lessons, broken down into 14 classes, developed by Head Instructor Chris Zarruk, who has 20 years experience in martial arts.
The Basic Fighting class has 100 life-saving techniques intended to protect yourself and the lives of your loved ones in a real-world street altercation. Once you've mastered all 14 classes, you'll move into the Advanced Cycle class.
The Advanced Cycle class consists of hundreds of techniques in striking, no-gi grappling, and wrestling. You will start to focus on a more skilled opponent while still learning street-effective techniques. You will also be exposed to stand up self-defense, weapons defense, and sparring.
