Teen and Adult Martial Arts
In our teen and adult class students learn Tang Soo Do, a traditional martial art, combined with kickboxing and grappling. In kickboxing our goal is to turn our students into highly effective strikers. We accomplish this by teaching our students techniques and strategies that have been proven to work. Our grappling class is centered around teaching you to defend yourself on the ground, a crucial element in self-defense.
The self-defense system is a reality based system. Students work their way up to learn to defend from basic wrist grabs all the way up to learning to defend against knife and gun attacks. The techniques are based on simple and straight forward concepts.

We focus on improving the physical fitness of our students. Physical fitness is a large part of martial arts and self-defense. As part of the class we design drills and exercises that build strength and endurance. All this happens in a high energy, highly motivated atmosphere to help ensure positive results.
