Our Muay Thai program provides stand-up striking and clinching techniques. Designed for students of all levels ages 9 and older, it starts with the fundamentals and progresses to advanced tactics.
Our goal is to provide students with the training needed to compete with confidence! Regular sparring and competitions offer real-world experience in this dynamic martial art! Note that competitions are for dedicated students willing to put the time and effort into this amazing sport! |
